ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Interstate Hotels & Resorts today announced that Interstate China has executed an agreement to manage the 514-room Shanghai JC Mandarin Hotel, effective February 1, 2012. The hotel is owned by Shanghai Jin Cang Mandarin Hotel Ltd.
