ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In a few days, over 18,000 athletes and nearly 180,000 spectators will converge on Columbus, Ohio, for the annual Arnold Sports Festival, the largest sports and fitness expo in the nation. This year, the Arnold Weightlifting Championships, a part of the Festival since 2003, will host the 2012 USA Weightlifting National Championships at the Greater Columbus Convention Center from Friday, March 2nd through Sunday, March 4th.

Improving technique not only makes the lifts safer to perform but also makes them quicker and more efficient to perform, which is of particular importance to the CrossFit community, where efficient technique can significantly improve WOD times.”
