Pros to Know is an annual listing of the top supply and demand chain industry professionals. This is the fifth time an Avnet executive has made this distinguished list of supply chain professionals.

Fay joined Avnet in 2005 when the company acquired electronic component distributor Memec. During that time he was senior vice president of global strategic accounts for Avnet United. He also created Avnet Velocity, Avnet’s global supply chain solutions business which helps customers plan, manage and operate complex supply chains. As the chief global logistics and operations officer, Fay currently is responsible for global warehousing, semiconductor programming and computer integration center services. Fay also continues to lead Avnet Velocity, and is responsible for the corporate operational excellence initiative.
