Expway Retains Drakes Bay Company LLC to Monetize its Patent Portfolio to Financial, Database and Media Markets

PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Expway, the world leader in Electronic Service Guide Solutions for broadcast and telecom industries, today announced that they have retained Drakes Bay Company LLC, an Intellectual Property (IP) brokerage firm, to represent its portfolio of patents and sell or license them for companies operating in Finance, Database and Media markets.

Expway’s IP portfolio consists of 4 US Patents, 6 US Applications, and 26 International Patents and Applications. It covers the following markets, standards and products:

• Financial Services: Financial Information exchange (FIX) Adapted for Streaming (FAST) protocol standard for transmitting market data,
• Database: BiN-XML for SQL databases,
