Boudicca Expands European Expertise with Appointment of New Partners

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boudicca Proxy Consultants, the UK-based progressive proxy solicitation and shareholder communications consultancy, is pleased to announce the expansion of its European service offering with the appointment of Miguel Carrasco and Tony Quinn as Partners.

Building on decades of industry experience, Miguel and Tony will focus on Boudicca’s business development activities and will be involved in the execution of the Company’s services.

Miguel has gained vast experience in managing and consulting on all aspects of the shareholder identification, proxy solicitation and information agent processes in over 300 corporate events across the globe. He has specialised in issues relating to information transmittal, technicalities of the cross-border voting process as well as implementation of strategic solicitation programs with a unique focus on promoting awareness. Miguel has previously held executive positions at the international proxy departments of both Georgeson Shareholder Communications (Computershare) and Sodali, where he was project manager for Nordic and Benelux mandates, which included servicing clients such as Nokia and Sampo Group.

Tony has over 20 years experience in all aspects of US and European proxy solicitation. He has worked on over 1,000 transactions – including mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, annual and extraordinary general meetings, consent solicitations and financial restructurings – and with some of the largest companies in Europe, such as Nestlè, BP, Lafarge and Sanofi. Prior to joining Boudicca, Tony held the position co-founder and Partner at HQB Partners, a specialist proxy solicitation and corporate governance firm, and was a Director for UK/Europe at Lake Isle M&A Incorporated, a provider of strategic management consultancy and proxy solicitation.
