Melissa James Named Regional Sales Manager for Business Wire, Washington D.C.

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Melissa James has been named Regional Sales Manager for Business Wire’s Washington D.C. office, the company announced today.

James is responsible for sales and operations in the region, which includes Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. She reports to Josh Rehrer, Regional Vice President, Mid Atlantic Region, for Business Wire.

James joined Business Wire in 2008 as an Account Executive. Prior to joining Business Wire she spent more than seven years at Getty Images where she held a variety of positions including Market Development Executive for the D.C. Region. James is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and sits on the board of the Capital Area Chapter.
