NASHVILLE, Tenn.--()--Engineering design and consulting firm Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch (M+NLB) announces the addition of John Wiseman, PE, LEED BD+C as Senior Associate and David Drennon, LEED Green Associate as Commissioning Agent in the firm’s Nashville office.

Wiseman joins M+NLB from TLC Engineering, where he served as an Electrical Project Engineer. He brings over 20 years of experience in project management, electrical engineering, quality control, and facility design to M+NLB. As Senior Associate, Wiseman will provide technical leadership and project management of electrical design services throughout all phases of construction. Wiseman is a LEED BD+C accredited professional, a licensed Professional Engineer in 13 states and a member of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
Wiseman’s noteworthy past project examples include: Gateway Medical Center, a $200 million dollar, 270-bed acute care replacement hospital in Clarksville, Tennessee; St. John Broken Arrow Medical Center, a 106,000-square-foot, 68-bed new acute care hospital and connecting 70,000-square-foot medical office building in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and a new central utility plant with five paralleled 2 megawatt generators for the Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

With a Masters in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and proven strategic planning and project management experience, David Drennon joins M+NLB as Commissioning Agent. As a certified LEED Green Associate, Drennon’s experience includes facility energy audits as well as LEED and Energy Star requirements for commercial facilities. In his new role at M+NLB, Drennon will be responsible for reviewing commissioning design criteria and specifications, reviewing building systems for energy efficiency improvements, as well as developing and administering pre-functional and functional tests for various building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
