Gregg R. Brooks is a professor of marine science with Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree in geology from Youngstown State University and his master’s and PhD degrees in marine science, specializing in marine geology, from the University of South Florida.
Nancy W. West is a geoscience educator in Fort Collins, Colorado. She received an AB in geology from Princeton University and an MAT from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
