The author is a mechanical engineer specializing in modeling, design, prototyping, validation and optimization of products and manufacturing processes using (CAD/CAE) soft ware such as AutoCAD, Solid Works and ANSYS. Throughout his career, mainly in theauto parts manufacturing sector, the author has used ANSYS software and taught it to engineers and students. He recently relocated to Australia where he continues to work as a manufacturing engineer in an international company.
