Sage KnowledgeSync is the Endorsed solution for alerts and workflow for use with ten Sage solutions, including Sage ERP MAS 90, Sage ERP MAS 200, Sage ERP MAS 500, Sage HRMS, Sage BusinessVision, Sage BusinessWorks, Sage PFW ERP, and Sage Pro ERP. Additionally, Sage KnowledgeSync is OEM’d by Sage for alerts and workflow within the Sage SalesLogix product line.

Included with the Sage KnowledgeSync solution for Sage ERP Accpac is a collection of approximately 40 pre-configured business “events,” plus an additional 18 “alert dashboards.” The alerts can be delivered via email, instant message, fax, mobile device, or web browser. And KnowledgeSync’s workflow module enables the creation of events that dynamically update Sage ERP Accpac (or other solutions) via a wide variety of APIs – including a soon-to-be-released web services module that supports the Sage “SData” communication protocol.
