Crisp’s expansion to Asia, which is a result of an investment by EDBI earlier this year, will include the addition of research & development resources to continue development of the Crisp Engage platform in Singapore, as well as new business development for Crisp’s rich media business in the APAC region, led by Rosalind Tan.
The unprecedented growth of iOS and Android devices in Asia is the basis for introducing the Crisp Engage platform to Asia now, as the market begins to demand richer advertising experiences on digital content. Rosalind Tan joins Crisp with over twenty years of delivering proven results to multinational companies and extensive experience in startups. Rosalind spent 10 years as Publisher and VP, Custom Publishing at WebMediaBrands (Nasdaq: WEBM) in the US. In 2009, Rosalind relocated back to Singapore to lead the expansion of Internet.com in APAC, and in 2010, Rosalind started iCre8mediabrands which helped international publishers create advertising solutions across online and mobile platforms. With experience in premium and performance marketing models in both the US and in Asia, Rosalind has the perspective to drive business growth for Crisp from its new Singapore base.
