RALEIGH, N.C.--()--North Carolina’s technology community came together Thursday evening to honor companies and individuals who demonstrate excellence in technology and business. The North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) hosted its prestigious 21 Awards at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham, N.C., and bestowed awards in 21 different categories, including Most Innovative Technology Company, Green Technology Company, Public Technology Company and Emerging Technology Company, just to name a few. The annual event, with Title Sponsor Grant Thornton, drew a sell-out crowd of more than 800.

Though Betsy is no longer with us, the contributions she made to the state’s technology and business community, NCTA and beyond, will be remembered and built upon for many years to come.”
The NCTA 21 Awards recognize outstanding contributions that information technology companies and individuals have made over the past year to the industry, community and state.
