The evaluation period for revenue results is July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. Revenue for this award is based on most contact center seat licenses sold in North America of the Interactive Intelligence Customer Interaction Center (CIC), the vendor’s flagship all-in-one IP communications software suite.
