Shuffle Master, Inc. and OpenBet Ltd. Announce Internet Software License Agreement

LAS VEGAS & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select Market: SHFL) (“Shuffle Master”) and OpenBet Ltd. (“OpenBet”) today announced their entry into an Internet Software License Agreement. Under the agreement, OpenBet will be able to provide online games based on some of Shuffle Master’s most popular proprietary table games to Canada’s legalized online gaming sites, including Loto-Québec and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.

Under the agreement with Shuffle Master, OpenBet will be offering licensed games based on Shuffle Master's Three Card Poker™, the most popular specialty game of all time, as well as Casino War® and its Fortune Pai Gow Poker® side bet.
