RESTON, Va.--()--Siteworx Inc., a leading interactive agency and Web content management (WCM) consultancy, announced a new webinar featuring Stephen Powers of Forrester Research, Inc. Today’s WCM solutions are focused on delivering full customer experience management capabilities, which means pure-play content management is, or will soon be, a thing of the past.
In this Siteworx webinar, key guidelines for effective WCM selection will be addressed. Moderator Justin Stayrook, Siteworx VP of Technical Services, will discuss the Siteworx approach to WCM selection for clients across a wide range of industries—from finance, to healthcare, to retail and business-to-business.
Joining Stayrook as Siteworx’ invited guest will be Stephen Powers, Principal Analyst and Research Director at Forrester Research, Inc. Powers will discuss:
- Components of an effective customer experience management (CXM) stack. What are the core features vs. nice-to-haves and what features you should be considering both short and long-term?
- Best practices for aligning business and technical requirements, and a framework for assessing the tradeoffs and decision points inherent in a WCM selection
