Digital River Extends Global E-Commerce Agreement with Nuance Communications

Five year contract extension spans U.S., Europe and Asia

(NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced a five-year extension to its global e-commerce agreement with Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading provider of voice and language solutions for businesses and consumers around the world. Based on the agreement, Digital River will continue to operate 16 locales for the Nuance Store as well as provide professionally-managed e-marketing programs through its marketForce interactive marketing agency. Spanning France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore, the U.K. and U.S., among other countries, the Nuance Store offers consumers and businesses localized versions of Dragon Dictate™, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, OmniPage®, PaperPort® and PDF Converter software applications.
