Vertafore Completes Acquisition of Kaplan Compliance Solutions

Company Significantly Expands Producer Lifecycle Management Offerings

BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vertafore (http://www.vertafore.com), the leading provider of insurance distribution channel management solutions, announced that the acquisition of Kaplan Compliance Solutions (KCS) (http://www.kaplancs.com) by its wholly owned subsidiary, Sircon, has closed.

The Sircon producer licensing solutions and the KCS producer and broker dealer compliance platform and outsourcing solutions will be marketed under the Vertafore Producer Lifecycle Management product family, the most comprehensive, proven Producer Lifecycle Management offering available in the insurance and securities industries.
