NRG Energy Completes Energy Plus Holdings Acquisition

PRINCETON, N.J.--()--NRG Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NRG) has completed its previously announced acquisition of Energy Plus Holdings LLC, adding a unique and compelling sales channel to the Company’s retail portfolio.
