LADY LAKE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National Popular Vote Initiative announced an initial ten-day advertising buy in Harrisburg today, focusing on Pennsylvania opinion makers and consisting of full-page print ads and a sixty-second radio spot.
