Vicks and Quarterback Drew Brees Want to Know if You are “Fan Enough” to be Crowned the Most Dedicated NFL Fan and Win Tickets to Super Bowl XLVI

CINCINNATI, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Throw some ice in the cooler and grab your lucky jersey because NFL season is back! That also means it’s time once again for Procter & Gamble’s (NYSE: PG) Vicks brand NyQuil and DayQuil “Most Dedicated Fan” Contest. The Facebook contest, which kicks-off today, will reward the NFL’s most dedicated fan who never misses a moment of the season with two tickets to Super Bowl XLVI. Think you have what it takes to be a dedicated fan? Prove it! Vicks is searching for a fan that doesn’t miss a moment of the NFL season, despite a losing season, away games, sub-zero temperatures, or even the flu. To enter, visit Facebook.com/NyQuil.

Vicks has been training throughout the off-season for the Most Dedicated Fan Contest, which means new rules and new challenges will determine the most dedicated NFL fan. This year, Vicks wants to hear how NFL fans out-cheer the opposing team in the stands by submitting a personalized fan rally cry – let’s hear you sound off! One fan from each of the 32 NFL teams will be chosen as a semi-finalist to face off for a trip to Super Bowl XLVI. If toying with the idea about winning a trip to the Super Bowl doesn’t get you excited, each entrant will also receive a promo code to NFLshop.com.

The search begins September 26 and a winner will be chosen January 10. Key contest dates include:

  • Submissions are accepted through midnight on October 23.
  • Beginning November 11, fans can vote for which semi-finalist they think should win an all-expense paid trip for two to Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis.
  • The grand-prize winner of “Vicks NyQuil/DayQuil Most Dedicated Fan” Contest will be announced on January 10.
  • Throughout the contest, fans can visit Facebook.com/NyQuil for the chance to win an assortment of prizes by clicking on the SWAG tab.
