Clarence will continue to provide the group’s tactical leadership, focused on serving the specialized needs of government contractors and technology companies.

Clarence joined Cardinal Bank in 2004 as Senior Vice President, Manager of the Government and Technology Group. Since then, he has led Cardinal’s government contract lending efforts, supporting small- to middle-market businesses within the government and private sectors. Prior to Cardinal, he was Senior Vice President and City Executive at BB&T.

A long-time resident of Maryland, Clarence holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, the Bethesda/Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and the Tech Council of Maryland.
