RAIT Financial Trust Declares a Third Quarter Cash Dividend on its Common Shares

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) (“RAIT”) today announced that on September 12, 2011, RAIT’s Board of Trustees declared a third quarter 2011 cash dividend on RAIT’s common shares of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 31, 2011 to holders of record on October 7, 2011. The ex-dividend date is October 5, 2011.
