New Website and Online Service for Nebraska’s Cornhusker State Industries

LINCOLN, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nebraska’s Cornhusker State Industries (CSI) https://www.nebraska.gov/apps-csi/ has a new look and additional features that allow customers increased flexibility to access the site and order products. The updated layout was designed to showcase a variety of CSI goods and services, provide a friendly user experience, and increase the amount of products available for online ordering.

The new website offers:

  • Easier Access and Navigation: The contemporary layout allows customers to navigate easily through the site to find product literature or view products.
  • Search Feature: The search box is prominently featured in the top header to quickly respond to customer interests.
  • Customer Account Management: Customers are assigned a username and password that allows them to order products, update account information, and view past ordering history online at their convenience.
  • CSI Updates and Product Literature: Customers can sign up to receive periodic product updates and special announcements from CSI.
  • Efficient Administrative Interface: CSI is better able to manage customer accounts, process orders, and update products through an administrative interface that allows for real-time access.

Cornhusker State Industries is the manufacturing program for the NE Department of Correctional Services. By state statue, eligible customers for CSI’s goods and services are Nebraska state agencies, city, county and local governments, political subdivisions, schools, and non-profit organizations. CSI provides unique goods and services throughout Nebraska and Braille transcription nation-wide.
