The investigation concerns whether the SOKO Board of Directors breached their fiduciary duties to SOKO stockholders by failing to adequately shop the Company before entering into this transaction and whether Queen Beauty is underpaying for SOKO shares, thus unlawfully harming SOKO stockholders.
