Alabama Cuts Weeks from Business Entity Copies Process with New Online Service

Secretary of State’s Office continues to enhance online services for business community

MONTGOMERY, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alabama Secretary of State, Business Services Division, recently added the Certified/Non-Certified Business Entity Copies application to its suite of online offerings for businesses (https://www.alabamainteractive.org/sos_bec/welcome.action). Businesses can now conveniently purchase and print certified or non-certified business entity copies online through the newly available application. The new online service provides the copies instantly for businesses, saving time over the previous paper process which had taken up to six weeks and allowing businesses to avoid paying the $100 expediting fee.
