(NYSE-Amex: COVR), a Delaware corporation (“Cover-All” or the “Company”), announced today that it has been invited to ring The New York Stock Exchange Stock Market Opening Bell on Wednesday, July 20, 2011. John Roblin, Chairman and CEO, Cover-All Technologies, as well as other members of senior management and the Board of Directors will participate in this special event. This event highlights Cover-All's successful approval for listing on the NYSE Amex stock exchange. Cover-All began trading on the NYSE Amex under the trading symbol ‘COVR’ on May 25, 2011.
