Dex One Helps Local Businesses Manage and Protect Digital Presence

CARY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dex One Corporation (NYSE: DEXO) has introduced the Dex One Reputation Management solution to help customers better manage and protect their digital presence. The presence management engine allows customers to monitor their business listings, reviews and mentions on major search engines, directories and social media platforms. With such knowledge in hand, local businesses can efficiently take action to ensure their content is accurately represented online.

The solution compiles information and content from across the Web into an online dashboard that displays graphs, charts, and consumer content related to a business, and offers ways to manage and improve visibility and reputation in four key areas: competition, reviews, social media and visibility.

  • Competition – helps businesses understand how their reputation stacks up against competitors’ reputations, including ratings and social media fans and followers
  • Reviews – ensures a business can keep track of what consumers are saying about them and identify opportunities for improvement based on online comments
  • Social Buzz – tracks frequency, trends, followers and mentions by consumers on social sites like Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, YouTube and more
  • Visibility – monitors and checks appearance and accuracy of business listings on major search engines, directories, specialty sites and location-based pages, as well as provides a way for the business to make corrections to those appearances.
