Professionals Gather in Columbus at the Ohio Diversity and Leadership Conference

This statewide conference focuses on the sharing and promoting of diversity and inclusion best practices in the Ohio area.

COLUMBUS, Ohio--()--The 4th Annual Ohio Diversity and Leadership Conference, which will be held September 8 & 9, 2011, will allow professionals the opportunity to network, grow, and learn in an environment of leaders devoted to promoting diversity in their fields. Co-title sponsors are Nationwide Insurance and Premier Health Partners.

This year’s theme is “DiversityFIRST™: Creating New Opportunities for Your Community.” As the Ohio area experiences demographic changes, new opportunities have risen to embrace diversity and inclusion practices, not only in the workplace, but in the community as well. The Ohio Diversity and Leadership conference is dedicated to educating both corporate and community leaders in these aspects, in order for everyone to learn to value and respect differences.

The conference will consist of over 12 excellent sessions dedicated to diversity and leadership, along with the following, nationally known, keynote speakers:

Awards will also be presented at the conference for Most Powerful and Influential Women of Ohio, Multicultural Leadership, DiversityFIRST, and Legal Diversity Champion.
