Formosa Epitaxy Places Multi-Unit Order for Maxbright MOCVD Systems

PLAINVIEW, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Veeco Instruments Inc. (Nasdaq: VECO) today announced that Taiwan-based Formosa Epitaxy (FOREPI) and its Chinese affiliate, Jiangsu Canyang Corporation, have placed a multi-unit order for Veeco’s recently released TurboDisc® MaxBright™ Multi-Reactor MOCVD System for production of high-brightness light-emitting diodes (HB LEDs).
