SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Commercial Developer James De La Garza, CEO of Ocean2Ocean, LLC, has presented a contract to Stefanie Dunivan, CPM Realtor with Texas Premier Realty, Listing Agent and Member of SABOR, to list the downtown Houston property located at 801 & 815 Chartres Street.
