TeleTech Completes Multi-Year Renewal and Expansion of Relationship with Leading Retailer to Support Existing and New Business Lines

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest global providers of strategic consulting and technology-enabled business process outsourcing solutions that drive commerce and lifetime customer value, won a contract renewal and expansion with a nationally renowned retailer. The contract empowers TeleTech to continue its existing services and also provide additional solutions for the retailer’s most important new line of businesses which include mobile, broadband and gaming. TeleTech was chosen for its track record of delivering superior outcomes, as well as for its thought leadership, breadth of capabilities, innovation, global footprint and operational flexibility.

Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, TeleTech will provide a full suite of capabilities, including professional services, revenue generation, customer innovation, back-office support and learning innovation, across 15 business lines to deliver exceptional, multi-channel customer experiences. For this retailer, TeleTech will continue to provide eCommerce, web hosting and content management, along with data analytics.
