Progressive Car Insurance to Hire 65 People in Austin by End of June

The phone representatives will sell policies or answer customer questions. Some of the open positions are for bilingual reps fluent in both English and Spanish. The jobs require a minimum of two years’ post-secondary education or two years’ work experience in a customer service environment, along with proven job stability of at least one year with a past employer. All of the positions offer paid training, and the auto insurance group offers additional on-the-job training on a regular basis to keep reps’ skills up to date.
