The auctions are being conducted all across the country and include bank owned properties, farmland, recreational land, residential real estate, commercial real estate, estates, automobiles and equipment.
MarkNet Alliance, a national network of auction companies, in the past has conducted approximately 300 auctions every 30 days.
“We have several companies conducting bank portfolios right now and that has really increased our number of auctions,” said Matt Corso, Chief Operating Officer for MarkNet Alliance. “These portfolios include real estate and also large equipment, business liquidations and repossessions.
