Energen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 13.5 cents per share payable June 1, 2011, to shareholders of record on May 13, 2011.
