David Corken Named Chief Operating Officer at Total Attorneys, L.L.C

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Total Attorneys, a Chicago-based provider of cloud-based law practice management and marketing solutions to small law firms and solo attorneys, announced today the appointment of David Corken to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In the newly created position, Corken will oversee the company’s business-to-business and consumer-directed operations and customer service.

Corken joins Total Attorneys after more than six years as Vice President of Operations at Cars.com, where he successfully planned and oversaw account management, customer service, ad operations, quality assurance, training, and maximization of the post-sales customer experience. His background also includes management and consulting positions with Keane Consulting Group/Keane Worldzen and Deloitte & Touche.

Corken earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Business Administration, Management and Management Administration Systems from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business. He lives in Chicago with his wife and three children.
