The Company also announced that it launched a series of recruiting initiatives to support recent growth, which in 2010 included a 300 percent increase in ad revenues and strong demand from advertisers, including Xbox 360, Samsung, and U.S. Cellular.

Initially, Crow will help expand Akoo’s advertising and sponsorship sales teams in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. The Company expects to hire up to 30 advertising and sponsorship sales executives to support increased demand from its growing roster of agency partners and brand advertisers.

Crow has held senior-level HR roles for leading marketing communications and advertising agencies during his career. His expertise includes organizational development, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Crow has earned the distinction of Senior Professional in Human Resources, one of the highest certifications offered within the field from the Society of Human Resource Management.
Prior to joining Akoo, Crow was an independent HR consultant working with a variety of clients within the marketing and advertising industry. He provided high-level strategic services ranging from recruitment and talent management to performance management systems.
