Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA Expands Operations to Kauai, Hawaii

PORTSMOUTH, Va. & KAUAI, Hawaii--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Inc. has completed the acquisition of certain assets of the Kauai Coffee Company, Inc., a former subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.

Today’s announcement is the culmination of the process jointly announced on December 23, 2010. Final terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

While the US-based company will oversee operations of Kauai Coffee’s 3,000 acre plantation and processing facilities and market the Kauai Coffee brand globally, the parent Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group will distribute the coffee internationally through its subsidiary system.
