ProCDN service delivers sites faster while easing server load and supercharging performance

Available immediately to all Media Temple customers, ProCDN is a no-commitment, pay-as-you-go service that dramatically accelerates web site performance and availability.

ProCDN is the latest addition to Media Temple’s ProDev product line, a group of services designed to provide existing customers with the most advanced hosted services in the industry. This addition to the product line gives Media Temple customers the ability to pair best-in-class web hosting with the world’s fastest content delivery network. Media Temple brings the benefits of a content delivery network to Media Temple customers, giving them dramatic performance improvements without big volume or dollar commitments.

Media Temple customers previously served all content – media streams, web applications, and static files – from two data centers in El Segundo, California and Ashburn, Virginia. ProCDN changes that by distributing customer content from twenty massively powerful data centers around the globe, and automatically serving end users from the location fastest for them, delivering a significantly improved experience for the end user.
