Paradigm Solutions Awarded $49 Million Blanket Purchase Agreement for DOD-wide Disaster Recovery Software Solutions

ROCKVILLE, Md.--()--Paradigm Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: PDHO) (“Paradigm” or the “Company”), a provider of comprehensive information technology and cyber security solutions for Federal Government enterprises, announced today that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a DOD-wide Enterprise Software Agreement to provide Disaster Recovery Software Solutions. This BPA is open to all Department of Defense (DOD) Components, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Military Departments, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Unified Combatant Commands, the Inspector General of the Department of Defense (DOD IG), the Defense Agencies, the DOD Field Activities, the U. S. Coast Guard, NATO, the Intelligence Community and FMS with a Letter of Authorization. Although there is no guaranteed minimum value, under this BPA, the Company may compete for delivery orders with an aggregate value not to exceed $49 million over the life of the BPA.

Paradigm’s Mission Resilience analysts will be available to assist in all phases of the OpsPlanner™ implementation process or agency COOP/ITDR planning and program management via this DOD-wide BPA. OpsPlanner is a software tool that allows users to collaborate, create, plan, and manage business recovery, crisis management, and automated emergency notification plans over the Web. In addition to the software and professional services, Paradigm will be able to provide support, maintenance, and on-site training.
