Intevac to Participate in the 5th International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference and Exhibition in Shanghai, China

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intevac, Inc. (Nasdaq:IVAC) announced today that the company will participate in the 5^th International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference and Exhibition in Shanghai, China. Intevac will showcase their revolutionary, high value, low-cost solutions for the solar industry.

Intevac will promote LEAN SOLAR,^™ a high-productivity, multi-step processing system that offers precise film property control in a small footprint. LEAN SOLAR can be configured for specific requirements and can run photovoltaic applications including PVD, CVD, etch and ion implant.

Intevac Booth #578 will be located in Hall E3 of the Shanghai New International Exposition Center. Booth hours are: Tuesday and Wednesday, February 22^nd and 23^rd, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Thursday, February 24^th, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
