Mintz Levin Attorney Raymond D. Cotton to Speak at the National Association of Independent Colleges & Universities Annual Legislative Conference

WASHINGTON--()--Raymond D. Cotton, a member of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.’s Employee Labor & Benefits Practice, will be a speaker at the National Association of Independent Colleges & Universities (NAICU) Annual Legislative Conference to be held January 30 – February 2, 2011 in Washington, DC.

Mr. Cotton will be discussing the 2011 status of presidential contracts and compensation with a cross-section of university presidents. His session will focus on legal protections for the president, setting the presidential salary, performance bonuses, deferred compensation, spousal compensation, and post-presidential employment.

The NAICU conference will focus on the news revolution, social media strategies, government relations, education reform, the ever-changing new normal on issues related to financial issues to expected outcomes.
