LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of KB Home (NYSE: KBH) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.0625 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on February 17, 2011 to stockholders of record on February 3, 2011.
