Prior to joining Farient Advisors, Mr. Hourihan held positions as founder and chairman of Korn/Ferry International’s Leadership & Talent Consulting Group, co-founder, chairman, and CEO of SCA Consulting, and partner and practice leader at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Over his career, he has been a trusted advisor to the board and executive management of numerous firms on a variety of issues including, compensation, organization, and leadership and succession planning. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, a license en Economique Appliqué from the University of Louvain, Belgium, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
