By automating the invoice processing cycle, VPConnect significantly reduces days sales outstanding (DSO) and eliminates costly billing errors.

After subcontractors submit their time and expense data through the portal, vendor administrators can build an invoice and submit it electronically for approval. Subcontractors can also upload any supporting documents in the portal to facilitate the approval process.
All of the approved entries are uploaded into Deltek Costpoint using preprocessors to create the appropriate transaction entries. When combined with IAConnect® (ECP’s invoice automation product)—every invoice can be processed through an automated workflow and routed electronically for approval and expense coding.
