Fairchild Semiconductor Implements Magwel’s Power Transistor Modeling (PTM) Tool for Rds-on Extraction and Current Density Analysis

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Magwel N.V. announces that Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS), a leading global supplier of high performance power and mobile products, has selected Magwel’s Power Transistor Modeling (PTM) tool for use in its design and verification of high current power devices.
