CompanionLink Announces Microsoft Outlook Sync with the T-Mobile G2

Sync contacts, calendar, tasks and notes between the T-Mobile G2 and Microsoft Outlook, Palm Desktop, Sage ACT!, Lotus Notes and more

Direct USB sync with the G2 works in tandem with an Android app called DejaOffice^™, a contact manager app suite with integrated address book, calendar, tasks and notes apps. DejaOffice provides additional Outlook functionality not found in the native Android apps, such as color-coded categories, custom fields, and advanced search and sort options. Data will sync securely between PC and DejaOffice using a USB cable.

Wireless sync through Google relies on the built-in integration the G2 has with Google Contacts and Google Calendar. CompanionLink synchronizes PC contacts, calendar and tasks to Google, which then synchronizes over-the-air to the G2. Changes made on the device will sync back to Google and then to the PC through CompanionLink.
