LONGWOOD, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RATA Associates, LLC, an industry-leading provider of cost-effective Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and Fair Lending compliance software and geocoding services for financial institutions, announced today the availability of its Auto Pilot Component for its RATA Comply™ Suite. With Auto Pilot, lenders are able to more efficiently process HMDA/CRA data while cutting costs and resources.

Based on .NET and SQL Server technology, Auto Pilot is fully customizable and can meet any institutions’ processing needs. It runs independently of Comply, eliminating the need for employees to log into the system to facilitate jobs. Jobs are scheduled through the auto pilot job manager and can process during off hours or institutions can choose to manually start jobs. An event history tracks every single operation, giving detailed information on the entire process.
