In addition, this advanced data integration option leverages Composite’s high-performance query engine and multiple caching techniques to further speed up queries and thereby reduce data latency.

The new data integration option, Predixion Enterprise Connexion™, based on the Composite Data Virtualization Platform, allows Predixion Insight™ users to mine more data by extending data source connectivity to additional sources including:

Relational sources via JDBC;
Multi-dimensional sources;
Web services (e.g., SOAP, HTTP, JSON);
Messaging-based sources (JMS);
Procedural (Java); and
Applications (e.g., SAP, Siebel eBusiness, Oracle E-Business Suite, salesforce.com).

The combined power of Predixion’s extensive predictive analytics capabilities and Composite’s data virtualization platform will enable businesses to merge data from disparate systems for analysis and predictions.
