NASHVILLE, Tenn.--()--HealthSpring Information Security Officer Kyle Duke has been chosen 2010 Information Security Executive (ISE) Southeast People’s Choice Award Winner. The award was voted on by attendees to the August awards gala and represents the nominee who best exemplifies information security leadership.

The ISE awards recognize both Information Security executives and projects for outstanding achievements in risk management, data asset protection, compliance, privacy and network security.
Award winners were selected from the U.S. Southeast region including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
Kyle Duke has served as Information Security Officer for HealthSpring for two years. He is responsible for information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to ensure the protection of the company’s information assets. He and his team are responsible for identity and access management, IT compliance monitoring, risk assessment, IT security awareness, managing IT security-related applications and other efforts to improve information security and ensure regulatory compliance.
