His presentation will focus on new engagement models for next generation technology needs. Mr. Shoemaker will discuss the need for industry collaboration models and the factors that contribute to the success of these models. SEMI’s IC Executive Forum will take place Wednesday September 8, from 13:00 – 17:00 in 201 DEF, TICC.
Dow will also be giving a technical presentation at the show as part of the CMP Forum 2010 Taiwan. Lee Cook, Technology Fellow with Dow Electronic Materials will address recent advances erosion control for copper CMP processes. The CMP Forum will take place Friday September 10, from 08:20 –12:00 in 105, TICC.
